四川省会理县烤青烟现状分析及对策

Analysis and countermeasures of the current status of flue-cured green tobacco in Huili county,Sichuan province

为了降低烤青烟比例,收集、整理会理县自2010—2019年各基层烟站的相关数据和资料,结合存在的现象进行具体的分析和讨论。结果表明,找到影响会理县烤青烟现状产生的原因,提出了针对性的解决策略,并展示了近年来会理县在降低烤青烟比例方面所做的具体工作及取得的成效。累计培训人员达18000余人次,集中改建常规烤房5836间,新建密集型烤房4392座,青黄烟收购量从111万kg降为0,青黄烟所占当年烟叶收购比例从3.16%降为0,优质烟叶质量明显提升,工作推进成效显著。

In order to reduce the proportion of flue-cured green tobacco,the relevant data and materials of all grass-roots tobacco stations in Huili county from 2010 to 2019 were collected and collated,and the existing phenomena were analyzed and discussed in detail.The results showed that the causes affecting the current situation of flue-cured green tobacco in Huili county were found,the corresponding solutions were put forward,and the specific work and achievements in reducing the proportion of flue-cured green tobacco in Huili county in recent years were shown.The total number of training personnel had reached more than 18000,5836 conventional barns had been renovated and 4392 intensive barns had been built.The purchase volume of green and yellow tobacco dropped from1.11 million kg to 0,and the proportion of green and yellow tobacco purchased from 3.16%that year dropped to 0.The quality of highquality tobacco leaves had been significantly improved,and the work promotion had achieved remarkable results.
