两种药剂对柑橘木虱的防治效果研究

Effects of two insecticides on controlling Diaphorina citri

为评价安利浓缩多用途清洁剂(药剂A)和必速抗菌洗手液(药剂B)对柑橘木虱(Diaphorina citri)的防治效果,采用喷雾法测定药剂A、药剂B和药剂AB(药剂A和药剂B比例为1∶1)对柑橘木虱成虫的防治效果。结果表明,20℃条件下药剂A、药剂B和药剂AB 3种药剂500倍稀释液喷雾处理3 d后对柑橘木虱的防效分别为99.00%、99.00%、100.00%;30℃温度条件下,药剂A、药剂B和药剂AB 3种药剂500倍稀释液喷雾处理1 d后对柑橘木虱的防效分别为90.00%、94.00%、100.00%,与清水对照均差异显著。

To evaluate the control effect of amway concentrated multipurpose cleanser(medicament A)and bisquick antibacterial hand wash(medicament B)on Diaphorina citri,the control effect of medicament a,medicament B and medicament AB(the ratio of medicament A and medicament B was 1∶1)on the adults of Diaphorina citri was determined by spray method.The results showed that at 20℃,the efficacy of three insecticides,A,B and AB,to control Diaphorina citri was 99.00%,99.00%and 100.00%,respectively.Under the temperature of 30℃,the control effect of medicament A,medicament B and medicament AB was 90.00%,94.00%and100.00%,respectively.The difference was significant compared with that of clear water.
