不同处理施用外源硒肥对贡水白柚的影响

Effect of different treatment and application of exogenous selenium on Gongshui white pomelo

通过研究外源添加硒肥对贡水白柚硒含量以及品质的影响,为贡水白柚富硒产业标准化提供依据。将施用硒肥的不同处理与对照进行研究。结果表明,喷施方式效果为根施+叶面喷施>叶面喷施>根施,硒含量与可食率均高于对照,与对照相比,硒肥不同处理可溶性固形物最高值分别提高了11.93%、8.04%、7.56%,效果显著。由此可知,外源施用硒肥可提高贡水白柚硒含量以及改善其品质。

The effect of exogenous selenium fertilizer on selenium content and quality of Gongshui white pomelo were studied to provide the basis for industrial standardization of selenium enrichment of Gongshui white pomelo.In this study,different treatments of applying selenium fertilizer and the control were studied.The results showed that the effect of spraying method was root+foliar spray>foliar spray>root application,the selenium content and edible rate were higher than the the control.Compared with the control,the highest value of soluble solids increased by 11.93%,8.04%and 7.56%,respectively.It can be concluded that the selenium content and quality of Gongshui white pomelo can be improved by applying exogenous selenium fertilizer.
