湖北省中晚熟马铃薯品种的引进与鉴定 被引量:2

Introduction and evaluation of medium and late maturing potato varieties in Hubei province

摘要 为进一步丰富湖北省山区马铃薯品种选择,从全国引进13个中晚熟品种并进行丰产性、适应性、抗病性和食味鉴定研究。结果表明,不同品种之间产量具有显著差异,其中青薯10号和川凉芋1号的产量极显著、显著高于对照,平均单产分别为50565.0、43107.8 kg/hm^(2),较对照分别增产35.63%、15.62%,且商品薯率较高,在80%以上。威芋5号、青薯9号、云薯304、天薯11号、华颂7号的产量同对照处于同一水平,其余品种产量显著低于对照。华颂7号、黔芋6号、云薯304食味上等,丽薯13、鄂马铃薯10号、川63-3、青薯10号食味中上,中薯26、青薯9号、龙薯4号、天薯11号食味中等。综合比较,试验范围内的湖北省高山、二高山区域,鲜食品种以青薯10号、云薯304和华颂7号为优。 To provide better potato varieties for the fresh-eating market in Hubei province,13 mid-late maturity potato varieties were evaluated for their yield,adaptability,disease resistance and taste identification.The results showed that there were significant difference in potato yield among different varieties.The yield of Qingshu No.10 and Chuanliangyu No.1 was significantly higher than that of control.The average yield of Qingshu No.10 and Chuanliangyu No.1 were 50565.0 kg/hm^(2)and 43107.8 kg/hm^(2),respectively,which were 35.63%and 15.62%higher than those of the control,and the commercial potato rate was higher than 80%.There were no significant dfifference in yield among Weiyu No.5,Qingshu No.9,Yunshu 304,Tianshu No.11,Huasong No.7 and the control,those yields were at the same level,however,the yield of the rest were markedly lower than the control.The evaluation of taste showed that Huasong No.7,Qianyu No.6 and Yunshu 304 were the most popular fresh-eating varieties;Lishu 13,Emalingshu No.10,Chuan 63-3 and Qingshu No.10 were moderately accepted;Zhongshu 26,Qingshu No.9,Longshu No.4 and Tianshu No.11 were reluctantly accepted.Through comprehensive comparison,Qingshu No.10,Yunshu 304 and Huasong No.7 could be selected as alternative fresh-eating varieties generalized in Gaoshan and Ergaoshan areas of Hubei province.
