摘要
随着国民经济的发展,广大人民群众对稻米的要求逐渐由吃饱向吃好转变。稻米蛋白质含量是影响稻米品质的重要因素之一。综述了稻米蛋白质对稻米品质的影响及稻米蛋白质QTL定位的相关进展,并对优质食味品质水稻新品种培育提出了相关建议。
With the development of the national economy,the people′s requirements for rice have gradually changed from being full to nutritionand health. As one of the important factors affecting rice quality,its effects on rice quality and the related progress in QTL mapping of rice protein was reviewed in this paper. And some suggestions were further provided for the new variety breeding of rice with high-quality.
