摘要
以12个国标优质籼稻品种为研究对象,综合分析了不同品种稻米的外观品质、加工品质、蒸煮品质、营养品质和食味品质差异。结果表明,臻香优21丝苗、粤粳油占、软华优6100稻米外观品质、加工品质和食味品质均较好,研究结果可为优质食味稻米的选育提供参考。
Total 12 nationalhigh-quality indica rice varieties were employed to study the rice qualities,including exterior qualities,processing qualities,cooking qualities,nutritional qualities and eating qualities.Results showed that three national high-qualityindica rice(Zhenxiangyou 21 simiao,yuejingyouzhan,ruanhuayou 6100)had better eating quality.This study will helpful to the breeding of high-quality rice with good taste quality.
