摘要
羊肚菌是一种珍贵的食药两用天然菌种,市场前景广阔,种植效益显著,但栽培技术难度大、要求高。根据钟祥市近些年羊肚菌栽培经验,总结了适宜湖北省钟祥市稻-菇(羊肚菌)连作栽培技术,为推动羊肚菌栽培及产业化开发提供技术支撑。
Morchella spp is a kind of precious natural bacteria for food and medicine.The market prospect of Morchella spp is broad and the economic benefits of planting are remarkable.According to the experience of cultivation of Morchella spp in recent years,this paper summarizes the cultivation techniques suitable for rice and mushroom(Morchella spp)in Zhongxiang city,and provides technical support for promoting the cultivation and industrial development of Morchella spp.
