秧床稀泥摊铺机的研究现状与发展趋势

对国内外秧床稀泥摊铺机械的现状以及发展趋势展开研究,从摊铺机械的制泥浆装置、收集过滤泥浆装置、摊铺泥浆装置以及摊铺机械整机等四个方面进行综述。目前针对秧床稀泥育秧出现的制泥浆装置,多采用水田打浆刀片来制泥浆,可以替代以往的人工制浆,提高了制浆效率。国内现有的收集过滤泥浆装置、摊铺泥浆装置或体积较大不适于在田间工作,或需人工参与,缺乏机动性。集制泥浆、收集过滤泥浆、摊铺泥浆三大功能于一体的秧床稀泥摊铺机械较少,类似于秧床稀泥摊铺机的机械鲜见且功能较单一。多功能化、微型化秧床稀泥摊铺机械是当前研究重点。同时对目前中国秧床稀泥摊铺机械存在的问题进行了总结,以期实现对秧床稀泥摊铺机械未来发展方向的把握与展望。

This paper is aimed at studying the present development situation and future trends of seedbed slurry paver at home and abroad,it concluded four aspects such as:slurry making device,collecting and filtering device,slurry paving device and complete paver etc..At present,the slurry-making devices for seedling nursery are mostly bedplate beater which can replace the previous manual slurry-making and improve the efficiency.The existing domestic collecting and filtering slurry devices,paving slurry devices are not suitable for field work by the large size and lack of mobility.The integrated paver with the three functions of slurry making,slurry collecting and filtering,and slurry paving,were seldom or had mono function.As to the existing problems of seedbed sludge paver in China,the multifunctional and miniaturized seedbed slime paver is the focus of current research.And the future development direction of seedbed sludge paving machine were also summarized.
