摘要
随着分子技术和蛋白质组学技术的发展,蜈蚣毒液的有效成分和作用机制被深入研究,其主要活性成分是神经毒肽、抗菌肽和酶类,其杀虫机制和已广泛应用的生物农药-BT杀虫晶体蛋白完全不同。目前,已经报道的蜈蚣毒液肽已经超过500种,因此蜈蚣毒液中丰富的肽和酶类是挖掘新型生物农药宝贵的资源库。介绍了蜈蚣毒液中重要的杀虫成分和作用机制,以及为用于生物农药的分子改造策略。
With the development of molecular technology and proteomics technology,the active components and mechanism of centipede venom have been further researched,of which main active components are neurotoxic peptides,antimicrobial peptides and enzymes,and the insecticidal mechanism is completely different from the widely used biological pesticide BT toxin protein.At present,more than 500 kinds of centipede venom peptides have been reported,which will be a resource bank of new biopesticides.The important insecticidal composition and mechanism of centipede venom,as well as the molecular transformation strategy for biopesticide,are introduced.
