谈“化”色变:环境公正、系统信任与抗争行为倾向——基于上海化工园区周边居民的实证分析

Environmental Justice, System Trust and Resistance Behavior Intention——Empirical Analysis Based on the Residents around Shanghai Chemical Industry Park

在谈"化"色变的大背景下,如何提高公众对化工产业的接受度,降低群体性事件的发生概率,是亟须解决的社会问题。本文采用分层随机抽样的方法对上海化工园区周边居民进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型从环境公正视角探究了影响居民环境抗争行为倾向的因素。研究发现,分配公正中的风险暴露和环境风险感知既能够对居民的抗争行为倾向产生直接影响,也能够通过系统信任这一中介变量产生间接影响;利益感知、程序公正通过系统信任间接作用于居民的抗争行为倾向。

In recent years,chemical safety accidents have occurred frequently,causing public concern.How to improve public acceptance of chemical industry and reduce the probability of mass incidents is a social problem that needs to be solved urgently.Stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on residents around Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.Structural equation model was used to explore the factors affecting residents’environmental resistance behavior intention from the perspective of environmental justice.The results showed that risk exposure and environmental risk perception in distributive justice can not only directly affect residents’resistance behavior intention,but also indirectly affect residents’resistance behavior intention through system trust;interest perception and procedural justice can indirectly affect residents’resistance behavior intention through system trust.
