罗拉自动化装配线的生产实践

Production Practice of Automated Assembly Line of Roller

为了解决手工单机装配罗拉用工多、劳动强度大、设备功能单一等问题,实现罗拉标准化装配、提高组装质量,详细介绍在生产线中引入的机器人上线单元、清洗单元、打标单元、压轴承并喷注油单元、压保护套单元、中转储料单元、裹膜装箱单元以及自动控制系统单元的运行过程及应用效果。通过自动化装配线运行效果的分析,表明:多功能模块的搭建,实现罗拉从装配到装箱的全自动化,相比原装配线节约用工7人,生产效率提升约20%;与远程运维系统无缝对接,可实现罗拉生产、装配及安装过程自动化;为避免频繁更换工装,应推行罗拉标准化装配线上线前与下线后立体库策略。

In order to solve the problems such as more labor,high labor intensity,single function of equipment of manual assembly roller for single machine,to achieve standardized assembly of roller and improve assembly quality,the action process and application effect of robot online unit,cleaning unit,marking unit,pressure bearing and oil injection unit,pressure protective jacket unit,transferring and storage unit,wrapping film packing unit and the automatic control system unit in the production line are introduced in detail.Through the analysis of the operation effect of automatic assembly line,it is shown that through the establishment of multi-functional modules,it can be fully automated from assembly to packing for rollers.Compared with the original assembly line,seven workers are saved and the production efficiency is increased by about 20%.Seamless connection with remote operation and maintenance system,it can realize the process of production,assembly and installation automation.In order to solve the problem of changing tooling frequently,it is necessary to carry out research on the three-dimensional storage strategy before and after the roller-standardized assembly line.
