摘要
针对条干仪用指形张力器结构复杂、制造成本高的问题,设计一种通过不同引纱形式实现不同夹持张力的张力轮装置。详述该张力轮装置结构设计、6种绕纱方式以及试样的最小初拉力和临界摩擦力的计算,测试并对比9.72 tex,14.58 tex和18.22 tex粗纱试样在指形张力器与张力轮装置的条干CV值。结果表明:张力轮装置结构简单,易加工,成本低,测试性能稳定,可满足试样测试时的不同夹持张力需求,完全可替代现有指形张力器。
Aiming at the problems of complex structure and high manufacturing cost of finger tensioner used in evenness tester,a tension wheel device is designed to realize different clamping tension through different yarn drawing forms.The structure design of the tension wheel device,six yarn winding modes and the calculation of the minimum initial tension and critical friction of the samples are described in detail.The CV values of the 9.72 tex,14.58 tex and 18.22 tex roving samples in the finger tensioner and tension wheel device are tested and compared.The results show that the tension wheel device has the advantages of simple structure,easy processing,low cost and stable test performance,which can meet the different clamping tension requirements of the test specimen,and can completely replace the existing finger tensioner.
