为避免钢丝圈选用不当而影响产品质量、生产效率和交货进度,对纺差别化纤维纱用钢丝圈提出选用程序,分析生产差别化纱线时合理选择钢丝圈的重要性,并根据差别化纤维的性能特点探讨生产不同差别化纱线品种对钢丝圈的选择要求;结合生产实际表明:钢丝圈选型对产品质量和生活状态影响较大,应认真选择并重视对钢丝圈系列化、周期化的管理工作。

In order to avoid improper selection of travelers affecting product quality,production efficiency and delivery schedule,the selection procedure of travelers for spinning differential yarn is put forward.The importance of reasonable selection of travelers in producing differential yarn is analyzed,and the selection requirements of travelers for spinning different varieties of differential yarn according to the characteristics of differential fibers are discussed.Combining with the production practice,it is shown that the selection of travelers has a great influence on the product quality and life state,so it is necessary to carefully select and pay attention to the management of seriation and periodization of travelers.
