无梭织机用新型光电式断经自停装置的开发 被引量:1

摘要 为了降低布面疵点,提高织造效率,介绍断经自停装置的作用及工作原理,针对停经片自重大、增加断经风险和浆染成本等不足,利用红外线光电感应原理,设计出新型光电式断经自停装置;详细分析光电式断经自停装置结构、工作原理,对比分析了其与停经片式断经自停装置的使用效果和采购维护成本。指出:新型光电式断经自停装置结构简单可靠,断经灵敏度高,品种适应性好,不受纱线品种及经纱密度的限制,尤其是在超细号纤维、经向全涤等难度较大的品种上,减少断经风险,提高整机效率;实现经纱轻上浆或者不上浆,减轻对筘和综等器材的磨损,能提高浆染效率、降低成本。 In order to reduce the fabric defects and improve the weaving efficiency,the function of the automatic stop device for warp breaking and the working principle of the automatic stop device for warp breaking with dropper are introduced.In view of the disadvantages of the heavy weight of dropper which can increase the risk of warp breaking and the cost of sizing and dyeing,a new photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking is designed based on the principle of infrared ray photoelectric induction.The structure and working principle of the photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking are analyzed in detail,the application effect and the cost of purchase and maintenance of the automatic stop device for warp breaking with dropper and photoelectric are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the new photoelectric type automatic stop device for warp breaking has the advantages of simple and reliable structure,high sensitivity of warp breaking and good variety adaptability,and it is not limited by yarn variety and warp density,especially in the varieties with great difficulty such as superfine fiber and all warp yarns are polyester,which can reduce the risk of warp breaking and improve the efficiency of the whole machine.The device can realize light sizing or no sizing of warp yarn,reduce the wear of reed,heald and other accessories,improve the sizing and dyeing efficiency,and reduce the cost.
