摘要
车用窗帘布的遮光率测试具有一定的不确定度范围。参照FZ/T 62025—2015《卷帘窗饰面料》对20组工业用窗帘布的遮光率进行测试,并利用数学模型和数理统计方法对测试的数据进行分析。通过对A类可重复性的不确定度和B类系统不确定度的分析,计算样品的合成不确定度和扩展不确定度,从而获得工业用窗帘布的不确定度范围。研究结果可为相关检测操作人员在实际操作中提供参照。
There is a certain range of uncertainty in testing the shading rate of vehicle curtain cloth.According to FZ/T 62025—2015 coated roller blind fabric,the shading rate of20 groups samples of industrial curtain cloth was tested and each sample was tested for three times.By using mathematical model and method of mathematical statistics,the test data was analyzed.By means of the analysis the uncertainty of class A repeatability and class B system,the synthetic uncertainty of samples and its expanded uncertainty were calculated,and the uncertainty range of industrial curtain fabric was obtained.The research results could be used as a reference for the test operators in practice.
