纺织品及服装洗后外观的评定

Assessment on the appearance of textiles and clothing after washing

对国内外纺织品外观评定常用的方法标准进行了分析。从纺织品洗后色牢度、起毛起球、面料的平整度、接缝的平整度、褶裥外观、扭斜、缩水率、附件等装饰物的变化等8个方面,指出织物外观评定过程中需要重点关注的变化现象。研究认为,国内外针对纺织品外观检测的内容基本相同,但评判的方法存在差异;纺织品外观的评判受主观因素的影响,存在较大的不确定性;应尽早完善纺织品外观的检测方法和标准,建立一套纺织品的外观方法评价体系,保护消费者的权益。

The common methods and standards for textile appearance evaluation at home and abroad were analyzed.From eight aspects,such as color fastness after washing,pilling,flatness of fabric,seam flatness,pleat appearance,twist,shrinkage,accessory and so on,the change phenomena was pointed out that need to be paid attention to in the process of fabric appearance evaluation.It was concluded that the content of textile appearance inspection was basically the same at home and abroad,but there are differences in assessing methods.The assessment of textile appearance is affected by the view factor and there is great uncertainty.The testing methods and standards of textile appearance should be improved as soon as possible.A set of evaluation system of textile appearance methods should be established to protect the rights and interests of consumers.
