学生校服产品质量安全形势分析

Analysis on the quality and safety situation of school uniform

学生校服作为一类特殊的服装,不但要求舒适,而且要健康安全。通过对近两年国内学生校服的抽查结果进行分析,发现校服质量不合格主要涉及纤维含量、色牢度、绳带、pH值、使用说明、起球、可分解致癌芳香胺染料、接缝强力、水洗尺寸变化率、水洗后扭曲率以及纱线线密度偏差率等项目。分析了导致这些不合格的原因,提出了提升校服质量的建议,希望研究结果可为相关校服生产企业和研究人员提供帮助。

As a special kind of clothes,the comfort,health and safety of school uniforms are required.Through analyzing the spot check results of domestic students school uniforms in two years,the unqualified school uniforms was found to be mainly related to fiber content,color fastness,rope,pH value,instructions,pilling,decompose able carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes,joint strength,the size changes,the distortion rate after washing and yarn linear density deviation rate and so on,and the causes of their nonconformity were analyzed.Some suggestion were put forward to improving the quality of school uniforms.The research results were hoped to provide some help for relevant uniform production enterprises and researchers.
