组合式交错并联DC-DC变换器高增益拓扑结构

摘要 为实现在提高变换器的增益的同时降低输入电流纹波,将二极管-电容倍压结构与交错并联DC-DC变换器进行组合,并引入双耦合电感,提出一种基于交错并联DC-DC变换器的组合式耦合电感高增益结构,采用分析拓扑模态波形判断其工作原理和稳态性能,理论计算出电压增益并设计出一台120W实验样机进行验证。研究结果表明:组合式耦合电感高增益结构可应用于Sepic及Boost交错并联DC-DC变换器。在提高电压增益的同时,漏感的存在能有效抑制输出二极管的反向恢复,从而提高变换器稳定性,在相同增益下具有最低的电压应力。研究结论可为高增益交错并联DC-DC变换器的应用提供理论依据。 In order to improve the gain of DC-DC converter and reduce the current ripple,a new topology of combined high gain converter with coupled inductors based on interleaved DC-DC converter are put forward.Diode-capacitor voltage multiplier cells are combined with several kinds of interleaved DC-DC converter,and double coupled inductors are added.The working principle and steady-state performance of this new kind of combined high gain topology are analyzed.The voltage gain was theoretically calculated and a 120 W experimental prototype was designed for verification.The research results show that this kind of topologies can be used in Sepic or Boost converter interleaved DC-DC converters.At the same time,the presence of the leakage sense can effectively inhibit the reverse recovery problem of the output diodes,thus improving the stability of the converter,with the lowest voltage stress under the same gain.The research conclusion can provide a theoretical basis for the application of high-gain interleaved DC-DC converters.
