基于FSI模型的线性压缩机排气阀颤振与回流特性

摘要 针对线性压缩机阀片的颤振加剧阀片的疲劳失效,影响压缩机性能和工作寿命问题,采用三维流固耦合(FSI)模型对线性压缩机排气阀片开启、关闭过程进行了的模拟,研究了压缩机的工作压比、活塞运行频率对阀片颤振周期和阀片回流的影响。研究结果表明:FSI方法能够有效地预测阀片颤振与阀片的回流,并得出了预测阀片颤振周期与活塞运行频率之间的经验关联式。研究结论可为直线压缩机阀片的实际应用提供理论依据。 The flutter of the linear compressor valve plate is the main factor that affects the working life and performance of the compressor.Because the flutter of the valve plate will aggravate the fatigue failure of the valve plate and affect the stability of the mass flow through the valve plate.In order to study this problem,this paper uses a three-dimensional fluid-structure interaction(FSI)model to simulate the opening and closing process of the exhaust valve of a linear compressor.This method can effectively predict valve plate flutter and valve plate reflux.Based on the FSI model,the influence of compressor working pressure ratio and piston operating frequency on valve flap vibration period and valve flap return was studied.According to the simulation results,an empirical correlation between the predicted valve plate flutter period and the piston operating frequency is obtained.
