摘要
为解决露天矿数年内排土规划整体优化问题,采用动态规划方法进行排土规划研究,总结了境界由完全收缩转完全扩张过程中排弃量与综合运距的关系式,以累计运输费用净现值最小为最优值函数,对内排及加高量、采场与内排土场的最小追踪距离、内排土场与内排加高区域的最小安全距离进行约束,建立了内排及加高运距状态转移方程,构建出剥离物综合运距动态规划模型。以某露天矿为例,采用顺序递推法进行求解,确定了该矿未来7年的内排及加高排弃量、运距、坑底追踪距离等。研究结果表明:动态规划法相比于现有等追踪距离排土方案,运输费用净现值降低3955万元,优化效果较好。研究结论可为露天矿排土工程提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of overall optimization of the discharge planning of an open-pit mine over a period of several years,a dynamic planning method was used to carry out a study of the discharge planning,and the relationship between the discharge amount and the comprehensive haul distance in the process of transition from complete contraction to complete expansion is summarized.Taking the minimum net present value of the cumulative transportation cost as the optimal value function,the inner row and elevation,minimum tracking distance between stope and dump,and the minimum safety distance between inner dump and row elevation area are constrained,the state transition equations of inner row and heightening distance and the dynamic programming model of the comprehensive distance of the strip are established.Taking an open-pit mine as an example,the sequential recursive method was used to solve the problem and determine the amount of internal and elevated discharge and abandonment,transportation distance,and tracking distance at the bottom of the pit for the next 7 years.The research results show that the dynamic planning method reduces the net present value of transportation cost by 39.55 million yuan compared with the existing equal tracking distance discharge scheme,and the optimization effect is better.The conclusions of the study have important theoretical significance and engineering application value for the open pit mine earth discharge project.
