基于功能分区的沈阳生态保护红线划定

摘要 为解决生态红线的划分问题,以沈阳为研究对象,将遥感数据、气象数据、土地利用数据、土壤数据与地理信息系统相结合,从生态服务功能重要性和生态环境敏感性探讨生态红线的划定方法.研究结果表明:沈阳生态系统服务功能极重要区空间叠加面积为3727.51 km^(2),占沈阳土地面积的28.40%.沈阳生态环境极敏感区域空间叠加面积为2383.50 km^(2),占沈阳土地总面积的18.16%.沈阳法定保护地共计17个区域和38处水源保护地被划入生态红线保护区,生态保护红线区域总面积为2756.25 km^(2),占沈阳土地面积的21.00%. In order to solve the problem of dividing the ecological red line,taking Shenyang city as the research object,the remote sensing data,meteorological data,land use data,soil data and combining with geographic information system,the demarcation method of ecological red line were discussed from the perspective of importance of ecological service function and sensitivity of ecological environment.The results show that the superposition area of extremely important ecosystem service areas is 3727.51 km^(2),accounting for 28.40%of the land area of Shenyang city.The area of ecological environment is 2383.50 km^(2),accounting for 18.16%of the total land area of Shenyang city.A total of 17 areas and 38 water source protection areas are classified into the ecological red line protection area in Shenyang city.The total area of the ecological red line protection area is 2756.25 km^(2),accounting for 21.00%of the land area of Shenyang city.
