局部表面纳米化六边形薄壁结构的吸能特性

摘要 为解决载具吸能结构能量吸收较低的问题,以表面纳米化技术为基础,应用有限元方法对不同局部表面纳米化方案的六边形管在轴向冲击情况下进行数值模拟.分析了不同方案对六边形管变形模式、吸能特性的影响.研究结果表明:局部表面纳米化可控制管的屈曲模态,呈现出原始区域、纳米化区域先后屈曲变形;经局部纳米化后六边形管的吸能特性提升显著,其中环向反对称条纹纳米化六边形管吸能较好;随纳米化条纹数量的增多,六边形管的吸能整体为先增后减,初始峰值力随之降低,之后,吸能特性逐渐趋于稳定,不再随条纹数量变化而变化.研究结论可为类似研究提供参考. In order to solve the problem of low energy absorption current vehicle thin-walled structures,using the technology of local surface nanocrystallization,the finite element method was used to numerically simulate the hexagonal tubes of different local surface nanometerization schemes under axial impact,and the deformation modes and energy absorption characteristics of the different schemes for the hexagonal tubes were analyzed.The results show that the localized surface nanometerization can control the buckling mode of the tube,showing the original area and nanometerized area successively buckling deformation.The energy absorption characteristics of the hexagonal tube have been significantly improved after localized nanometering.Among them,the energy absorption of the hexagonal tube with anti-symmetric stripes is better.As the number of nano-stripes increases,the energy absorption of the hexagonal tube as a whole increases first and then decreases.At the same time,the initial peak force also decreases.After that,the energy absorption indexes gradually stabilized and no longer changed with the number of stripes.The research conclusions provide reference for similar studies.
