摘要 针对高频DC-DC变换器在矿用电机车等领域产生电磁干扰和电磁振动等问题,采用DC-DC变换器随机脉宽调制(Random Pulse Width Modulation,RPWM)选择性电压谐波消除方法有选择性地消除危害性较大的特定次谐波.分析DC-DC变换器选择性电压谐波消除机理,推导随机PWM选择性消谐通用计算公式,从而选择性地消除特定频率及其整数倍频率下的谐波噪声功率.研究结果表明:与传统RPWM和定开关频率PWM方式相比,RPWM选择性电压谐波消除方法能够显著降低特定频率处的谐波噪声功率,将开关频率及其整数倍处集中分布的谐波比较均匀地分布在选定频率范围内. Aiming at the problems of electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic vibration generated by high-frequency DC-DC converters in mining electric locomotives and other fields,the method of DC-DC converter RPWM random pulse width modulation selective voltage harmonic elimination is used to selectively eliminate harmful specific frequency harmonics.The mechanism of RPWM selective harmonic elimination for DC-DC converter is analyzed,and the general formula of selective harmonic elimination of random PWM is deduced to selectively eliminate the power of harmonic noise at certain frequency and integer multiple frequencies.Research results indicate that compared with traditional RPWM and fixed switching frequency PWM,RPWM selective voltage harmonic cancellation method can significantly reduce harmonic noise power at specific frequencies,and distribute the harmonics concentrated at the switching frequency and its integer multiples evenly in the selected frequency range.
