一种具有耦合电感结构的高增益组合Zeta变换器

摘要 为提升Zeta变换器的升压能力,采用拓扑组合和耦合倍压的方法,将Zeta变换器与二极管-电容倍压结构进行组合并引入耦合电感结构,提出一种具有耦合电感结构的高增益组合Zeta变换器,分析其工作原理,推导变换器电压增益表达式、器件的电压应力表达式.研究结果表明:该变换器具有较高的电压增益和较低的电压应力,共用结构中的电容-二极管结构作为无源钳位支路,在没有额外增加器件的情况下吸收了漏感能量.搭建150 W的实验样机,验证理论分析的正确性. In order to improve the step-up capability of the Zeta converter,the method of topology combination and coupled voltage doubler is used to combine the Zeta converter with a diode-capacitor multiplier while adding a coupled inductor structure.A high-gain combined Zeta converter with coupled inductor is proposed.This converter has a higher voltage gain,and the shared capacitor-diode structure in the structure absorbs the leakage inductance energy for the passive clamp branch.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,and the voltage gain expression of the converter and the voltage stress expression of the device are derived.The results show that the proposed converter has the highest voltage gain and the lower voltage stress.The capacitor-diode structure in the shared structure acts as a passive clamping branch,absorbing the leakage inductance energy without adding additional devices.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by setting up 150 W experimental prototype.
