摘要
针对露天煤矿装车过程中粉尘扩散严重,对环境污染较大的问题,收集大南湖二号露天煤矿装车部位附近的粉尘样本,运用流体力学的k~ε模型和气固两相流离散相模型,对露天煤矿火烧岩装车过程中产生粉尘运移轨迹进行数值模拟.通过单一变量法改变粉尘的表面张力系数,观察粉尘的表面张力系数对数值模拟结果的影响.研究结果表明:粉尘表面张力系数的增大,可使粉尘更易聚合为大颗粒,更易沉降,可减轻粉尘扩散.
Aiming at the issue of serious dust diffusion during the loading process of open-pit mine causing severe environmental pollution,dust samples near the loading site of Dananhu No.2 open-pit mine were collected,and the k~εmodel of fluid mechanics and the discrete phase model of gas-solid two phase flow were used to simulate the dust migration path during the loading process of burnt rocks in the open-pit coal mine.The single variable method is used to change the surface tension coefficient of dust interaction in the numerical simulation,and the influence of the surface tension coefficient of dust interaction on the numerical simulation results was observed.The research shows that increasing the surface tension coefficient of dust can make the dust more easily aggregate into large particles and settle more easily,so as to reduce the diffusion of dust.
