采煤机滚筒截割性能数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为研究采煤机滚筒的截割性能,采用离散元法,分析截齿安装角、截齿齿尖尖角、转速对生产率、块煤率、三向阻力、三向转矩、截割比能耗、截割功率的影响规律.研究结果表明:随着截齿安装角的增大,块煤率、生产率、截割比能耗、截割功率、三向阻力、三向转矩先增大后减小;随截齿齿尖尖角的增大,三向阻力、三向转矩、截割比能耗、截割功率先增大后减小,块煤率、生产率在减小;随转速的增大,三向阻力、三向转矩先减小后增大;截割比能耗、截割功率在增大,块煤率在减小,生产率先增大后减小.三向阻力大小:截割阻力>牵引阻力>侧向阻力;三向转矩大小:侧向转矩>截割转矩>牵引转矩.研究结论为提高采煤机滚筒截割性能奠定了理论基础. In order to study the cutting performance of shearer drum,the discrete element method was used to analyze the influence of pick installation angle,pick tip angle and rotating speed on productivity,lump coal rate,three-way resistance,three-way torque,cutting specific energy consumption and cutting power.The results of study show that with the increase of pick installation angle,lump coal rate,productivity,cutting specific energy consumption and cutting power first increase and then decrease,and the three-way torque increases.With the increase of the sharp angle of the pick,the three-way resistance,three-way torque,cutting specific energy consumption and cutting power increase first and then decrease,and the lump coal rate and productivity decrease;with the increase of the speed,the three-way resistance and three-way torque decrease first and then increase;with the increase of the cutting specific energy consumption and cutting power,the lump coal rate decreases,and the production first increases and then decreases.The three-way resistance is:cutting resistance>traction resistance>lateral resistance,and the three-way torque is:lateral torque>cutting torque>traction torque.The research conclusion lays a theoretical foundation for improving the cutting performance of shearer drum.
