皮带运输巷粉尘运移规律实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 为探究皮带运输巷内粉尘粒子运移规律,以豹子沟矿转载点和皮带运输机的运输巷为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟方法对运输巷内的气流场和粉尘粒子的分布情况进行研究,通过相似实验研究巷道风速条件、皮带机运输速度和煤料含水质量分数等因素对皮带运输巷粉尘污染情况的影响.研究结果表明:风洞装置内风速增加,风洞装置内的粉尘质量浓度先减小后增加,当风速为1.5 m/s时粉尘质量浓度最小;巷道内粉尘质量浓度随煤样含水质量分数的增加而减小,当含水质量分数大于4%时,粉尘质量浓度显著降低;数值模拟表明:粉尘在巷道中的运移速度不同,巷道中运移速度最快的粉尘粒子集中分布在皮带机与巷道侧壁中间区域. In order to investigate the dust transport law in the belt transportation roadway and determine the space distribution law of the dust particles in the roadway,a transportation roadway containing a transfer point and a belt conveyor in a mine was taken as the research object.The CFD numerical simulation method was used to analyze the airflow field and dust in the transportation roadway.The distribution of particles was studied,and the effects of factors such as wind speed conditions of the roadway,belt conveyor speed,and the water mass fraction of coal on the dust pollution of the belt roadway were studied through similar experiments.The results show that the wind speed conditions in the roadway are the main factors affecting the dust migration:the dust concentration in the wind tunnel device decreases first and then increases during the wind speed increase from 0.3 m/s to 3.5 m/s in the wind tunnel device.The rule is that the dust mass concentration is the smallest when the wind speed is 1.5 m/s;the dust mass concentration in the roadway decreases with the increase of the water mass fraction of the coal sample used in the experiment.When the water mass fraction 4%,the dust mass concentration is greatly reduced.The numerical simulation results show that there is a difference in the velocity of dust in the roadway.The cloud particle velocity of dust particles outside the dust distribution area is significantly higher than the velocity of dust particles in the middle of the dust distribution area.
