摘要
为得到矿井风门漏风量与风压关系,实现对传统的通风网络解算算法进行改进,采用实验与理论分析的方法,通过构造的通风系统仿真模拟风门,分析不同漏风面积下风量和压差之间的关系,推导并验证了改进的通风网络解算算法.研究结果表明:风门不同漏风面积下风量和压差呈指数函数关系,改进的网络解算算法不仅降低了传统的通风网络解算算法的误差,而且解算得到的风量值更符合实际情况.
In order to obtain the relationship between the air leakage rate of the mine air door and the air pressure and realize the improvement of the traditional ventilation network calculation algorithm,the research adopts the method of experiment and theoretical analysis,and simulates the air door through the simulation of the constructed ventilation system to analyze the relationship between air volume and pressure difference under different air leakage areas,and the improved ventilation network calculation algorithm is derived and verified.The research results show that the air volume and pressure difference under different air leakage areas of the dampers have an exponential function relationship.The improved network calculation algorithm not only reduces the error of the traditional ventilation network calculation algorithm,but the calculated air volume value is more in line with the actual situation.
