摘要 为分析交流继电器的熔焊现象,利用自制实验装置开展了交流继电器的熔焊实验。研究结果表明:电寿命实验中继电器接触电阻波动较小。电寿命初期继电器闭合电弧能量和燃弧时间较小,在电寿命末期出现了触头闭合弹跳现象,导致闭合电弧能量和燃弧时间明显增加。闭合电弧的燃弧时间及电弧能量局部稳定。电弧侵蚀造成触头表面形貌恶化是导致触头熔焊并失效的主要因素。研究结论有助于交流继电器的优化设计,减少交流继电器熔焊现象的发生。 In order to analyze the welding phenomenon of AC relay,the welding experiment was carried out with self-made experimental equipment.The results show that the contact resistance of relay fluctuated slightly in the electrical life experiments.At the beginning of the electrical life,the making arc energy and duration were relatively small.The contact making bounce phenomenon occurred at the end of the relay electrical life,which made the making arc energy and duration increased remarkably.The local distribution of making arc duration and energy was relatively stable.The arc erosion on the contact surface worsened the contact surface morphology,which was the main factor leading to the contact welding.The research results are helpful to the optimal design of AC relay and reduce the occurrence of welding.
