The decentralized blockchain smart contract has built a global trading platform without borders,but the differences in legal systems,financial policies and technology concepts of various countries make the smart contract face loads of problems in jurisdiction,legal application,recognition and implementation in private international law,and trapped in the dilemma of cross-border supervision in public international law.Regarding the party’s autonomy as the primary principle,determining the jurisdiction with the arbitration seat theory and connection point rules,determining the applicable law according to the conflict rules,guiding the recognition and enforcement of judgments with the principle of reciprocity,promoting the reaching of regulatory consensus among countries,and carrying out law enforcement cooperation as well as information cooperation,then can the construction of the international regulation system of blockchain smart contract be realized.
