The Influence of Values on Individual Voluntary Service Participation

志愿服务是社会文明的重要标志,在促进社会文明、增进人民福祉、促进经济发展等方面起着越来越重要的作用。本文梳理了参与志愿服务的影响因素,通过二元logistic回归分析发现,除了个体的基本特征如城乡、性别、年龄与受教育年限对个体是否参与志愿服务有影响之外,宏观层面的社会主义核心价值观认同与个体的社会利益优先价值取向对个体的志愿服务参与同样具有正向的促进作用。因此,需要持续加强对个体的社会主义核心价值观以及社会利益优先的价值观教育,使正确价值观成为个体的情感认同和行为习惯,推动志愿服务参与的健康发展。

Voluntary service is an important symbol of social civilization,and it plays an increasingly important role in promoting social civilization,improving people’s welfare and boosting economic development.This paper examines the influencing factors of voluntary service participation,and it is found through binary logistic regression analysis that in addition to basic characteristics of individuals such as gender,age and years of schooling,the identification of socialist core values and the social priority value of individual also play a positive role in promoting individual volunteer service participation.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the education of individual socialist core values and values that give priority to social interests so as to promote the healthy development of voluntary service participation.
