米非司酮联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的效果分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gongliuxiao Capsules on Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨米非司酮(MFP)联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤(UFs)的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月本院收治的98例UFs患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组采用MFP治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、瘤体体积、性激素水平及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组瘤体体积小于对照组,黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、雌二醇、孕酮水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MFP联合宫瘤消胶囊治疗UFs的疗效可靠,能够缩小瘤体体积,调节性激素水平,且安全性较高。

Objective Explore the effect of combining mifepristone(MFP)with Gongliuxiao capsules in the treatment of uterine fibroids(UFs).Methods Ninety-eight UF patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received MFP treatment,while the research group received combined treatment with Gongliuxiao capsules on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,tumor volume,sex hormone levels,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the tumor volume in the research group was smaller than that in the control group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,and progesterone were all lower than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of MFP combined with Gongliuxiao capsules in the treatment of UFs is reliable,it can reduce tumor volume,regulate sex hormone levels,and has high safety.
