等速肌力测定分析高原膝骨关节炎对膝关节屈伸肌群的影响

Analysis of Isokinetic Muscle Strength Measurement on the Influence of High Altitude Knee Osteoarthritis on the Knee Flexing and Stretching Muscle Groups

摘要 目的检测世居藏族重度膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者膝关节等速肌力特征,并比较其与健康者的差异。方法通过等速肌力测试与训练系统,对20例单膝右侧发病KOA患者(观察组)和20例健康者(对照组)进行膝关节不同角速度(60°/S和180°/S)等速向心肌力测试,对观察指标比较分析。结果在不同角速度下,观察组右膝(患侧)膝关节屈、伸肌群峰力矩均低于左膝(健侧)和对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组受试者在180°/s屈、伸肌群PT、峰力矩体质量比较均低于60°/s屈、伸肌群,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者健、患侧膝关节肌肉功能均比健康人差,患侧膝关节肌肉功能的下降以屈肌最为显著。 Objective To detect the isokinetic muscle strength characteristics of the knee joint in Tibetan patients with severe KOA and compare their differences with healthy individuals.Methods Through the isokinetic muscle strength testing and training system,For 20 patients with unilateral right knee osteoarthritis(observation group)and 20 healthy individuals(control group)were tested for isokinetic centripetal muscle strength at different angles of the knee joint(60°/s and 180°/s),and the observation indicators were compared and analyzed.Results Under different angular velocities,the PT of the flexor and extensor muscles in the right knee(affected side)of the observation group was lower than that in the left knee(healthy side)and control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the PT and BW of the 180°/s flexor and extensor muscle groups in both groups were lower than those in the 60°/s flexor and extensor muscle groups,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The muscle function of both healthy and affected knee joints in patients is worse than that of healthy individuals,with the most significant decrease in muscle function of the affected knee joint being the flexor muscle.
