摘要
目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者应用深呼吸操联合早期肺康复训练的效果。方法选取该院2020年8月—2023年7月收治的100例COPD患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组。对照组(n=50)采用常规康复训练,研究组(n=50)采用深呼吸操联合早期肺康复训练。比较两组的运动耐力、肺功能。结果干预后,两组6 min步行距离均较干预前远,且研究组远于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积均较干预前增大,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深呼吸操联合早期肺康复训练应用于COPD患者中,能够提高运动耐力,改善肺功能。
Objective To explore the effect of deep breathing exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation training on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 COPD patients admitted to this hospital from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group(n=50)was given deep breathing exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation training.Compare two groups of movement endurance,lung function.Results After the intervention,the 6-min walking distance of both groups was farther than before intervention,and the study group was farther than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,the forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deep breathing exercise combined with early pulmonary rehabilitation training can improve exercise endurance and lung function in patients with COPD.
