杨氏贴棉灸治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效评价

Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Yang's Cotton Patch Moxibustion in the Treatment of Neurodermatitis

目的探讨杨氏贴棉灸治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2021年7月—2022年6月我院收治的100例神经性皮炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组采用中效激素类药物曲安奈德治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用杨氏贴棉灸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、安全性、症状积分、复发率。结果治疗后,治疗组临床总有效率、安全性均高于对照组,各项症状积分、复发率均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杨氏贴棉灸治疗神经性皮炎具有较好的临床效果,且安全性高,复发率低。

Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of Yang's cotton patch moxibustion in the treatment of neurodermatitis.Methods Selecting 100 patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 as the research subjects,the patients was divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medium acting hormone drugs triamcinolone acetonicle,while the treatment group was treated with Yang's cotton patch moxibustion on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,safety,symptom score,and recurrence rate between two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate and safety of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of various symptoms and recurrence rates were lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yang's cotton patch moxibustion has a good clinical effect in the treatment of neurodermatitis,with high safety and low recurrence rate.
