维生素D2联合阿奇霉素对社区获得性肺炎患儿血清免疫球蛋白及炎性因子的影响

Effect of Vitamin D2 Combined with Azithromycin on Serum Immunoglobulin and Inflammatory Factors in Children with Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的探讨维生素D2联合阿奇霉素对社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患儿血清免疫球蛋白及炎性因子的影响。方法选取青岛市城阳区人民医院2023年1—12月收治的80例CAP患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患儿予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上予以维生素D2治疗。比较两组的症状改善情况、血清免疫球蛋白、炎性因子水平、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组体温恢复时间、咳嗽改善时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平均高于对照组,C反应蛋白、白细胞介素、降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在CAP患儿中实施维生素D2联合阿奇霉素的效果显著,可促进患儿机体内血清免疫球蛋白指标上升,减轻炎症反应,缩短症状缓解时间,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the effects of vitamin D2 combined with azithromycin on serum immunoglobulins and inflammatory factors in children with community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods Eighty children with CAP admitted to Chengyang District People's Hospital in Qingdao from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with azithromycin,children in the observation group were treated with vitamin D2 on the basis of the control group.Compare the improvement of symptoms,serum immunoglobulin levels,inflammatory factor levels,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results The time for body temperature recovery,cough improvement,and disappearance of lung rales in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,procalcitonin,and tumor necrosis factor-αwere all lower than those of the control group,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of adverse reactions between two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of vitamin D2 and azithromycin has a significant effect on children with CAP,which can promote the increase of serum immunoglobulin indicators,alleviate inflammatory reactions,shorten symptom relief time,and is safe.
