摘要
目的探讨电脑中频治疗仪联合八段锦在颈型颈椎病(NTCS)患者康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年8月—2021年5月收治的86例NTCS患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组43例。对照组采用颈椎曲度牵引和常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用电脑中频治疗仪联合八段锦,两组均持续干预4周,随访3个月。比较两组的疼痛积分、临床症状积分、颈椎功能评分、后Cobb角、颈椎活动度、椎间高度。结果干预前,两组的疼痛积分、颈性眩晕症状与功能量表(ESCV)评分、颈椎功能残障指数(NDI)评分、后Cobb角、颈椎活动度、椎间高度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组的疼痛积分为(0.62±0.21)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组的ESCV评分为(28.17±0.84)分,高于对照组,NDI评分为(8.87±2.45)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后3个月,观察组的后Cobb角、椎间高度分别为(19.58±1.47)°、(6.78±0.73)mm,均优于对照组,颈椎活动度积分为(0.71±0.26)分,低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电脑中频治疗仪联合八段锦康复护理能够有效缓解NTCS患者的局部疼痛,改善临床症状,促进颈椎弧功能恢复,临床应用价值高。
Objective To explore the application effect of computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with Baduanjin in rehabilitation nursing of patients with neck type cerivical spondylopathy(NTCS).Methods A total of 86 patients with NTCS admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with cervical spine curvature traction and routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued intervention for 4 weeks and follow-up for 3 months.The pain score,clinical symptom score,cervical function score,posterior Cobb Angle,cervical range of motion and intervertebral height were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in pain score,evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV)score,neck disability index(NDI)score,posterior Cobb Angle,cervical range of motion and intervertebral height between the two groups(P>0.05).3 months after intervention,the pain score of the observation group was(0.62±0.21)points,lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,the ESCV score of the observation group was(28.17±0.84)points,which was higher than that of the control group,and the NDI score was(8.87±2.45)points,which was lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after intervention,the posterior Cobb angle and intervertebral height of the observation group were(19.58±1.47)°and(6.78±0.73)mm,respectively,better than those of the control group,and the cervical motion score was(0.71±0.26)points,lower than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with Baduanjin rehabilitation nursing can effectively relieve local pain in patients with NTCS,improve clinical symptoms,promote cervical arc function recovery,and has high clinical application value.
