中药熏洗联合中医定向透药预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Chinese Medicine Directional Penetration in Preventing Lower Limb Deep Venous Thrombosis after Gynecological Surgery

目的探讨中药熏洗联合中医定向透药预防妇科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月于南通市通州区中医医院妇产科行手术治疗的患者80例为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。术后,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用中药熏洗联合中医定向透药治疗。比较两组的预防效果。结果观察组的下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率为2.50%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的股静脉血流速度快于对照组,股静脉血流量大于对照组,凝血酶原时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白原含量低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术后患者采用中药熏洗联合中医定向透药治疗,可有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的发生,调节静脉血流量、凝血指标,值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with Chinese medicine directional penetration in preventing lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after gynecological surgery.Methods 80 patients undergoing surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong City from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by randomly number table method,with 40patients in each group.After operation,the control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with TCM fumigation and washing combined with TCM directional penetration.The preventive effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the speed of femoral venous blood flow in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,and the volume of femoral venous blood flow was greater than that in the control group,the prothrombin time was shorter than that of the control group,and the fibrinogen content was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM fumigation and washing combined with directional penetration after gynecological surgery can effectively prevent the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,regulate venous blood flow and coagulation index,which is worthy of application and promotion.
