耳穴压豆联合护理措施在脑卒中后便秘中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing Bean Combined Nursing Measures in Constipation after Stroke

目的探讨耳穴压豆联合护理措施在脑卒中后便秘中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月—2021年7月本院收治的脑卒中后便秘患者98例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其划分为两组,每组49例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在此基础上开展耳穴压豆。比较两组的干预效果,干预前后Bristol大便性状分型量表(BSFS)评分与便秘状况评估问卷(PAC-QOL)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果比较两组的干预总有效率,研究组的95.92%显著高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的BSFS量表中排便频率、粪便性状、费力程度、腹胀、排便不尽、排便时间评分及PAC-QOL评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组的不良反应发生率,研究组的4.08%与对照组的0.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中后便秘患者采用耳穴压豆联合护理措施能够有效改善便秘症状,提高生活质量,适于临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing bean combined nursing measures on constipation after stroke.Methods A total of 98 patients with poststroke constipation admitted to our hospital from August2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received conventional nursing measures,and the study group carried out auricular acupoint pressing bean on this basis.The effect of intervention,Bristol stool form scale(BSFS)score and patient assessment of constipation quality of life questionnaire(PAC-QOL)score before and after intervention,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared the two groups of intervention total effectiveness,95.92%of the study group was significantly higher than 81.63%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BSFS scores of defecation frequency,fecal traits,degree of effort,abdominal distention,defecation incompleteness,defecation time,and PAC-QOL score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 4.08%in the study group and 0.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Auricular acupoint pressing bean combined nursing measures can effectively improve constipation symptoms and quality of life in patients with constipation after stroke,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
