体外受精-胚胎移植患者焦虑、抑郁状况调查及其影响因素分析

Status investigation of anxiety and depression in IVF-ET patients and analysis of its influencing factors

目的调查接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗的女性患者焦虑、抑郁情绪状况及其影响因素。方法选择北京大学人民医院2018年10月至2019年4月纳入的652例体外受精-胚胎移植患者,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和一般情况问卷进行调查,分析引起患者焦虑、抑郁不良情绪的相关危险因素。结果体外受精-胚胎移植患者焦虑发生率为14.2%,抑郁发生率为29.9%。患者年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地、家庭收入、不孕年限、不孕原因、是否有胎停育或流产史、对婚姻状态是否满意、性生活是否和谐对其抑郁、焦虑的发生有明显影响(P<0.01);多因素(Logistic)回归分析显示,患者年龄、职业、家庭收入、性生活是否和谐是焦虑抑郁情绪的重要影响因素。结论体外受精-胚胎移植患者焦虑、抑郁情绪发生率较高,应及时发现危险因素,有针对性地采取有效措施干预,为预后提供保障。

Objective To investigate the anxiety,depression and the corresponding influencing factors of female patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.Methods 652 cases of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer patients who were enrolled in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected.On the first day of the treatment cycle,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and general situation questionnaire were issued for investigation,and the scores of questionnaires were counted to analyze the risk factors related to patients’anxiety and depression.Results The incidence of anxiety and depression was 14.2%and 29.9%respectively.The factors had significant influence on the occurrence of depression and anxiety were as follow:age,educational level,occupation,residence,family income,infertility years,infertility reasons,the history of abortion or abortion,the satisfaction degree of marital status and sexual life(P<0.01).The Logistic regression analysis showed that age,occupation,family income and sexual harmony were the important influencing factors for patients’anxiety and depression.Conclusions The high incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer should be paid more attention to.The risk factors of these adverse emotions should be found in time,and effective measures should be taken to improve the adverse emotions and provide guarantee for the prognosis.
