针灸治疗急性乳腺炎的近5年文献综述

Literature review of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of acute mastitis in recent 5 years

急性乳腺炎是一种常见的乳房部急性化脓性疾病,临床发病原因主要由于乳汁淤积与细菌入侵等。急性乳腺炎由于哺乳原因,用药受限,容易导致病情迁延加重,严重威胁产妇身心健康。而针灸在急性乳腺炎治疗领域可接受且疗效确切,故本文分析整合了近5年来针灸治疗急性乳腺炎的文献,以期对针灸治疗本病提供一定的方向。

Acute mastitis is a common acute suppurative disease on the breast.The main clinical causes are breast milk deposition and bacteria invasion and so on.Acute mastitis is a serious threat to maternal health of body and mind,because medication restrictions are easy to aggravate the disease in lactation.Acupuncture is acceptable and has obvious curative effect in the field of acute mastitis treatment.Therefore,this paper analyzes and integrates the literature about acute mastitis on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in recent 5 years,in order to provide a certain direction for acupuncture treatment of this disease.
