氨溴索头孢呋辛治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of ambroxol and cefuroxime in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children

目的探讨分析小儿支气管肺炎联合用药的效果。方法2019年6月至2020年6月,抽取98例小儿支气管肺炎展开临床研究,随机分为两组,对照组采用头孢呋辛、异丙托溴铵溶液治疗,观察组采用头孢呋辛、氨溴索治疗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组用药有效(痊愈+显效+有效)例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组症状(高热、气促、咳嗽、肺部啰音)缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管肺炎联合应用氨溴索与头孢呋辛治疗,可提升疾病治疗有效率,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,值得推广。

Objective to explore and analyze the effect of combined medication on Bronchopneumonia in children.Methods From January to April 2020,98 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with cefuroxime and Yanhuning,and the observation group was treated with CEFUROXIME and Ambroxol,compare the curative effect of two groups.Results The number of cases in observation group was more than that in control group(p<0.05).The remission time of symptoms(high fever,shortness of breath,cough,Rales)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Ambroxol and Cefuroxime in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children can promote the effective rate of disease treatment,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,it is worth promoting.
