基于叙事护理的尊严疗法在终末期恶性肿瘤老年患者中的应用研究

Application Research of Dignity Therapy Based on Narrative Nursing in Elderly Patients with End-stage Malignant Tumors

目的分析基于叙事护理的尊严疗法在终末期恶性肿瘤老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年01月~2020年04月收治的60例终末期恶性肿瘤老年患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于叙事护理的尊严疗法,比较两组患者护理效果差异。结果护理前两组患者的90项症状清单评分、睡眠质量评分、病人尊严评分、生存质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均较护理前改善且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在终末期恶性肿瘤老年患者中基于叙事护理的尊严疗法能够改善其心理状态及睡眠质量、提升尊严感及生存质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of dignity therapy based on narrative nursing in elderly patients with end-stage malignant tumors.Methods We selected 60 elderly patients with terminal malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2019-April 2020 as the research objects,and divided them into two groups of 30 cases by random number table.The control group took conventional nursing care,and the observation group took dignity therapy based on narrative nursing.The difference in nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The comparison of 90 symptom list scores,sleep quality scores,patient dignity scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,all were improved compared with before nursing,and the improvement effect of the observation group was superior.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dignity therapy based on narrative nursing in elderly patients with end-stage malignant tumors can improve their mental state and sleep quality,enhance their sense of dignity and quality of life,and is worthy of popularization.
