宫腔球囊压迫止血在产后出血的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of intrauterine balloon compression on postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨产后出血者行宫腔球囊压迫止血的临床效果。方法从2019年6月至2020年10月,经我院妇产科收治,按随机数表法将100例研究对象平均分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组产妇应用宫腔纱布填塞的方法开展治疗,观察组产妇应用宫腔球囊压迫止血的方法展开治疗。结果在治疗过程中,观察组成功止血人数多于对照组,感染及再次出血人数少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后出血患者实施宫腔球囊压迫止血效果良好,操作方便,值得广泛使用。

Objective to investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine balloon compression on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods From June 2019 to October 2020,100 subjects were divided into Observation Group(N=50)and Control Group(N=50)according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with Intrauterine Gauze packing,the observation group was treated with intrauterine balloon compression hemostasis.Results In the course of treatment,the number of successful hemostasis in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the number of infection and rebleeding was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of intrauterine balloon compression for postpartum hemorrhage is effective,easy to operate,and is worth to be widely used.
