人文关怀在恶性肿瘤护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of humanistic care in malignant tumor nursing

目的通过对恶性肿瘤进行分析,随后对患者进行人文关怀,以此来提升效果。方法本次参与随机选取的恶性肿瘤患者共计人数40例,均确诊为恶性肿瘤。为体现效果,分别对常规组、优质护理组采用不同模式治疗,比较效果及依从性。结果经对肿瘤患者进行生活质量等的比较,采用人文护理方式整体健康状况、睡眠情况、认知情况相对较好。优质组恶性肿瘤患者中护理前、后评分分别为71.89±2.25、92.46±2.46,优质组患者明显改善(t=0.013、5.256)护理后明显改善P<0.05。结论在现阶段采用优质护理服务进行恶性肿瘤的治疗具有一定临床应用价值。

Objective To improve the effect by analyzing malignant tumors and then caring for patients with humanity.Methods A total of 40 patients with malignant tumors were randomly selected,all of whom were diagnosed as malignant tumors.In order to reflect the effect,the routine group and the high-quality nursing group were treated with different modes,and the effect and compliance were compared.Results By comparing the quality of life of cancer patients,the overall health,sleep and cognition of the patients with cancer were relatively good.The scores before and after nursing were 71.892.25 and 92.462.46,respectively,and the patients in high-quality group improved significantly(t=0.013 and 5.256),and improved significantly after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion It has certain clinical application value to adopt high-quality nursing service to treat malignant tumor at present.
