门诊慢性宫颈炎实施连贯性护理健康教育的应用价值

Application value of continuous nursing and health education in outpatients with chronic cervicitis

目的对门诊接收的慢性宫颈炎患者实行连贯性的护理健康教育研究其护理价值。方法选取2019年4月到2020年4月门诊接收的84例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规健康,观察组在常规健康护理的基础上进行连贯性护理健康教育,对比两组患者的疾病认知程度和护理满意度。结果对观察组患者实施连贯性护理健康教育分析护理结果,观察组患者的对宫颈炎的疾病的认知程度高于对照组,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对门诊接收的慢性宫颈炎患者采取连贯性护理健康教育,提高了患者对疾病的正确认识,同时患者满意度也大大提高,值得进一步推广。

Objective To study the nursing value of patients with chronic cervicitis who receive out-patients in a consistent way.Methods The patients were selected as the subjects of 84 patients with chronic cervicitis received at the clinic from April 2019 to April 2020,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,and routine health was carried out in the control group,and the consistent nursing health education was carried out on the basis of routine health care,comparing the disease cognition and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The results of consistent nursing health education and analysis were carried out on the patients in the observation group,the cognition of cervicitis disease was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of consistent nursing care for patients with chronic cervicitis received in outpatient care has improved the correct understanding of the disease,and the satisfaction of patients has been greatly improved,which is worthy of further promotion.
