早期系统化护理对预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果评价

Effect of early systematic nursing on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients

目的对早期系统化护理对预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用效果进行分析。方法选取我院2019年1月-2019年12月重症病房收治的患者100例,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,各50例。实验组与对照组同样进行常规护理,实验组辅以早期系统化护理,对两组的护理效果进行调查。结果在进行护理之后,实验组的血液流变学相关指标明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,在实验组患者进行早期系统化护理之前,各项指标并无显著性差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,护理后,各项指标均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义。结论早期系统化护理对预防ICU患者下肢深静脉血栓形成具有积极作用,对患者的治疗效果有明显的提升作用,具有临床推广价值。

Objective to analyze the effect of early systematic nursing on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients.Methods 100 patients in the intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group and the control group also received routine nursing.The experimental group was supplemented by early systematic nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were investigated.Results after nursing,the related indexes of Hemorheology in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Before early systematic nursing,there was no significant difference in all indexes in the experimental group,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.After nursing,all indexes were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion early systematic nursing plays a positive role in the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in ICU patients,significantly improves the treatment effect of patients,and has the value of clinical promotion.
