特色整脊法治疗青少年脊柱侧凸疾病的效果观察及有效率分析

Effect observation and effective rate analysis of characteristic chiropractic method in the treatment of adolescent scoliosis

目的研究特色整脊法在青少年脊柱侧凸疾病治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2019年12月收治的50例青少年脊柱侧凸疾病患者为研究对象,根据患者的自愿原则分组:对照组患者给予支具矫正治疗,实验组患者给予特色整脊法治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、Cobb角等。结果实验组治疗总有效率96.0%比对照组治疗总有效率76.0%更高,且组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗3个月后,实验组患者的Cobb角、ODI指数、VAS疼痛评分、脊柱侧凸两侧的AEMG比值均低于对照组患者,P<0.001。结论特色整脊手法在青少年脊柱侧凸疾病患者治疗中应用疗效肯定,促进患者侧凸畸形的改善,促进青少年健康成长,值得推广。

objective to study the effect of the treatment of adolescent column Scoliosis with the method of Ridge trimming.Methods 50 cases of Adolescent Scoliosis from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the patients’voluntary principle:the control group was treated with orthosis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with the method of Ridge trimming,and the total effective rate and Cobb angle were compared between the two groups.results The total effective rate in the experimental group(96.0%)was higher than that in the control group(76.0%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the COBB angle,Odi index,VAS pain score and AEMG ratio on both sides of the scoliosis were lower in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.001).conclusion The special ridge-trimming technique is effective in the treatment of adolescent patients with Cristal scoliosis.It can improve the SCOLIOSIS and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
