高龄备孕女性AMH水平对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of aMH level on pregnancy outcome in older women

目的探讨AMH对高龄备孕女性妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2020年3月宁夏医科大学第二附属医院妇科进行孕前保健的高龄备孕女性118例,根据年龄段分为两组,35-40岁为A组,41-45岁为B组,观察两组的妊娠成功情况(备孕成功及备孕失败),分别比较两组AMH指标水平及两组受试者的妊娠结局情况。结果对研究对象的不同备孕情况中各指标水平比较,备孕成功者的AMH、PSV、卵巢体积的指标水平均显著高于备孕失败者,备孕成功者的FSH、RI指标水平均显著低于备孕失败者(P<0.05)。结论AMH水平随着女性的年龄增大而指标下降,通过反应女性的卵巢功能,间接评价高龄备孕女性的受孕几率,有助于高龄备孕女性进行生育计划,减少妊娠风险。

objective To investigate the effect of AMH on pregnancy outcome in elderly women.Methods A total of 118 cases of elderly pregnant women who received pre-pregnancy care in the department of gynecology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to age group,and the AMH index levels and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.results Comparing the levels of each indicator in the two groups of subjects with successful pregnancy,The index levels of AMH,PSV and ovarian volume were significantly higher in those who succeeded in pregnancy preparation than those who failed in pregnancy preparation,and the index levels of FSH and RI in those who succeeded in pregnancy preparation were significantly lower than those who failed in pregnancy preparation(P<0.05).conclusion AMH level decreases with the aging of women.By reflecting the ovarian function of women,it can indirectly evaluate the pregnancy probability of elderly women who are pregnant,which is helpful for them to carry out fertility planning and reduce the risk of pregnancy.
