摘要
目的对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行优质护理的效果观察和比较。方法通过对腰椎盘突出症护理患者做好优质护理工作,选取2019年5月-2020年5月40例,随后进行效果分析及比较。结果通过对患者进行评分比较,疼痛评分、满意度评分相比之前具有明显提升。护理前疼痛评分为62.17±2.54,护理后疼痛评分为35.10±1.21。结论通过对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行优质护理,整体效果相对较好。
Objective To provide high-quality nursing care for patients with lumbar disc herniation,and then to observe and compare the effects.Methods 40 cases of lumbar disc herniation from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected for high-quality nursing work,and then the effects were analyzed and compared.Results By comparing the scores of patients,the pain score and satisfaction score were significantly improved compared with before.The pain score before nursing was 62.17±2.54,and the pain score after nursing was 35.10±1.21.Conclusion The overall effect of high-quality nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation is relatively good.
